Hypnotherapy There is no great mystery to hypnotherapy. It is a state of focused concentration, which allows you to access your subconscious and is similar to daydreaming or going on to 'auto pilot'
The subconscious mind operates on a different level to the conscious mind and because of this stores all the information we have about ourselves, even things our conscious mind won't remember. It allows us to filter out painful or distressing memories. However the subconscious remembers them for when we may need to access them. Clinical Hypnotherapy allows the subconscious mind to help us with any difficulties we are experiencing. During a hypnotherapy session you will always remain in control and are able to leave your hypnotised state at anytime. How many sessions will I need? This will depend on what issues you want to address. Some are resolved quickly, whilst more complex ones maytake longer.
What issues will Hypnotherapy help with? Self-esteem issues Unresolved childhood issues Confidence building Anger management problems Childhood/ adult abuse issues Sexuality issues Post traumatic stress Performance management Relationship issues Stress management Drug/Alcohol issues
The subconscious is another language which can be translated through hypnotherapy.
